Edo Kiriko Whiskey Glass
The string texture of the K9 crystal cup body of Starlight incorporates the Edo Kiriko technique, which is a traditional Japanese glass engraving technique that originated in the Edo period. The wheel is first used to carve the deeper and wider basic texture. Then the precision knife wheel is used to carve and grind the delicate texture thousands of times. The cup body is made by cold cutting and hollowing out a whole piece of cylindrical crystal. The cost is high and the output is low, but the use of this CNC cold cutting process can maximize the purity and cutting texture of the cup, without impurities and bubbles.

Purely handmade by craftsmen
The entire production process requires dozens of processes such as furnace, blank making, cutting, grinding, and polishing to be made, and it is all manually made, so various defects will inevitably appear in these processes. The rejection rate of our product selection in the workshop is as high as 50%. The masters who work with us are also distressed, but we still adhere to the principle. We would rather pay more costs to select qualified and satisfactory products.

Precautions
The glass is a cut and carved material and is not heat-resistant, so it is not resistant to high temperatures. Hot drinks are prohibited. Excessive temperatures will cause damage. The maximum temperature is recommended not to exceed 60℃. It is prohibited to use it in a disinfection cabinet or dishwasher.
Due to the hand-made hot-blown carving, there may be slight differences in the color of the product pattern. The glass body may have slight hand-made marks, micro-bubbles, water marks and fine impurities. It is limited by the craftsmanship and is not a defective quality issue. Handmade is not easy, please understand.
