MAINTAINING
HAND WASH
To prevent damage to the product, it is recommended to clean it separately with warm water and non-abrasive cleaning products. We recommend setting the dishwasher to the gentle cycle or gently washing by hand.
DRY AND WIPE
Place the glass on a towel or absorbent kitchen paper and blot it dry, or wipe it carefully while holding the glass with your thumb to reduce pressure. Use a lint-free fine cotton or linen towel. Return the glasses to the box or stand them upright without touching each other.
DEPOSITS AND LOANS
Handmade crystal wine decanters have very thin edges, so they should be placed in the cabinet or packaging box with the cups facing up to avoid contact and collision between the cups. Wine decanters should not be stacked or hung with hooks to avoid cracking the handles. Wine decanters should be stored in a clean and tidy place, and the cups must be facing up and the bottle cap must be opened for ventilation.
MAINTENANCE
Do not leave wine residue in the wine decanter. Please clean it in time after use. The decanter must be cleaned in warm water with a soft sponge. Detergents cannot be used. If fog appears, pour a little coarse salt and half a liter of alcohol. Shake vigorously and rinse with warm water several times. Insert absorbent kitchen paper in the cup for about 10 hours to absorb any remaining moisture.

The crystal glass material is purely hand-blown. Occasionally small bubbles and small scratches are normal phenomena. The crystal material is not resistant to high temperatures and cannot be heated and steamed. It is not suitable for boiling water to be poured directly into it. It is only suitable for daily tea temperatures below 50~60".
