Q: Can I only pour water at 20°-60°?
A: Yes, lead-free crystal glass is a glass with a high expansion coefficient. Its resistance to extreme cold and heat is not as strong as that of ordinary lead-containing crystal glasses. However, lead-free water glass is healthier and safer for daily drinking water.
O:Can't it be put in the dishwasher and microwave?
A: After testing, although it will not have a significant impact on the product, considering the special properties of crystal glass to avoid unnecessary risks, it is not recommended to use dishwashers and microwave ovens. We hope for your understanding.
O:Are bubbles a defect?
A:Aynsley's crystal glass products are all hand-blown. During the production process, due to the temperature difference between the air and the glass solution, as well as the inevitable contact of the solution surface with the air during blowing, tiny bubbles may be left. Although we strive to ensure flawlessness during quality inspection and reduce the probability of bubbles, we cannot completely avoid them. Bubbles are not defects, so do not buy if you are concerned.
Q: Are there differences between the same products?
A handmade crystal cup products are not machine-line industrial products, and the occasional "inconsistency" is also a unique feature of handcrafting. Occasionally there will be slight deviations in the thickness of the cup wall, the thickness, height or angle of the cup stem. Like bubbles, these are the artistic "signatures" left behind by the craftsmen's careful work.
